The Spinners package uses the HTML 5 canvas utility to draw and then animate a spinning preloader.

Through the plugin's settings developers can control the spinner's:
Radius
Height
Width
Number of dashes
Opacity level
Padding
Rotation speed
Color

These options can be set programmatically at page load as for any other UI component, or the developer can use a Web-based GUI which lets him create the spinner he likes and then automatically generates the proper declaration to add to your page's source code.

Through the usage of ExplorerCanvas, Spinners will be able to render even in older IE versions.
